EMI Site Services, along with our EMI Engineering Services Division, can offer a complete Mechanical Fabrication and Erection capability.
We also offer refurbishment and modification to major plant equipment for re-use / re-design.
We can manufacture Support Steelwork, Sheet Steelwork, Pipework, Vessels, Pumps, Plant Items, Electrical Panels & Enclosures, Guards etc. In a wide range of finishes. You specify it, we can make and install it!
We can also complete routine maintenance and servicing tasks, as well as assisting with commissioning.
Pipework Installations
EMI Site Services can undertake pipework installations 'in-house' using our own highly skilled fitters and welders in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Polymer Pipework and exotic materials such as Inconel.
We can manufacture Modular Skid Units, Pipe Bridges, Pipe Supports, maitenance Gantry's etc., and carry out full plant relocations if desired.
Cable Containment, Ladder Rack and Tray Work
EMI Site Services have extensive experience at installing large scale cable containment systems.
We can manufacture bespoke support structures to carry any quantity of cable ladder rack, tray or basket in the most aesthetically pleasing manner.
